When I hear mention of a rainbow, and after I get past thoughts of the rainbow that appears in Lucky Charms cereal commercials, along with Wizard of Oz, Judy Garland’s “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” (my personal favorite, however, is Israel IZ Kamakawiwo`ole’s version); I’m reminded of the rainbow in God’s promise to Noah.
