Mental Health Tip: Go to Therapy!

So, with this month’s theme being “Rainbows after Rain”, I thought it would be a perfect time to chat about the importance of mental health!

Today’s post is short and sweet; mental health IS health and one of the best ways to care for it is by going to therapy. There is no shame in pursuing therapy and the benefits are invaluable. You don’t have to be “crazy” and you don’t have to wait until anything is “wrong” to go! If the idea is scary for you, think about it like an annual physical with your primary care physician - just a check-in to ensure everything is working properly! I’m going to share a few resources that can serve as a great start.
