Being Thankful

Before I started to write this post, I felt it best to define Thankful.

Thankful (adjective)
-Pleased and Relieved
-Conscious of a Benefit Received
-Expressive of Thanks
-Well Pleased; Glad
- Similar to Grateful

Nothing is wrong with any of those definitions of Thankful; I was just looking for something more β€œOn Point”!

From a Biblical perspective; Thankful is recognizing the good things that have happened to you and acknowledging the people who made those good things happen.

Being Thankful means; I am recognizing and acknowledging the good things, the great people, the lessons that hurt the most but provide personal growth, the family you can always count on, along with the blessings too numerous to count. While knowing along the way, Gods mercies are new everyday (Lamentations 3:22-24).
Simply put, I am Thankful for it all.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (Amp)
In every situation be Thankful and continually give thanks to God for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 9:1 ( ESV) I will give Thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.
